Imagine if all of your coolest friends decided to compile a video wishing you luck before your next big race or job interview. Not only would you feel loved, you’d most definitely have more confidence to bring out your A-game.
Well, for tennis superstar Serena Williams, this is basically what just happened as she prepares to conquer the U.S. Open. And when we say “coolest friends,” in her case that means everyone from fellow athletes Carli Lloyd, BFF Caroline Wozniacki, Caitlyn Jenner and Mo’ne Davis, to mega-celebs including Jennifer Hudson and Eva Longoria.
After showering Williams with praise (“You are the most powerful woman I know,” says Martha Stewart) and encouragement (“Do it girl,” from Misty Copeland), the video ends with powerful and simple message of: #BeSerena. So next time that training run seems daunting, ask, “What would Serena do?” And then pretend Sheryl Sandberg and Chelsea Clinton are telling you that you’ve totally got this.
Check out this Video that Chase put together for me. I am so lucky to have such amazing friends. Thank you all so much for being so amazing and supportive in my life, and for taking the time to do this video for me. I love you all. All of you are so special to me. So many hugs and kisses!!! I’m taking you all out on the court with me everyday #BeSerena

Meanwhile, this isn’t the only Serena video making the rounds right now. According to footage captured by espnW at last night’s Delta Air Lines’ U.S. Open pre-event, Serena proved that even the most badass athletes know—and are always ready to belt out—all the words to their favorite Disney classics.
